ELIZABETH MCCOURT

I've known Elizabeth since I first came to Portland in 1995 when she worked for a dentist next door to my practice.  When my first front office manager resigned after six years of service to move out of state, Elizabeth was the first person I called.  I was very fortunate to find that she was looking for a change and accepted the position. 

Elizabeth has over 12 years of experience in dental front office management in both endodontics and general dentistry. She is a member of the Oregon Dental Executives Association and attends yearly dental insurance update courses.  She knows more about dental insurance then anyone I know. (Certainly more then me!)  She takes care of all scheduling, billing, collections as well as general office management tasks. You will find her most courteous and pleasant to work with.

OUR DENTAL ASSISTANT
KELLY WHITTEN

Kelly has been my chairside dental assistant since I became a specialist in Endodontics in 1995.  (And she’s been my wife longer then that.)  We have done literally thousands of root canal cases together and have become a "well oiled machine".  Kelly is also responsible for all our sterilization procedures and is our OSHA office coordinator.  She pays meticulous attention to infection control details.  While we had no idea we would be working together this long, it has turned out to be an excellent partnership.

As you can see, we are a small, efficient, literally mom and pop operation.  We pride ourselves on excellent, friendly, down-to-earth service.  We treat our patients the way we ourselves would like to be treated.
